POTUS restaurant is now officially open at The Crowne Plaza London – Albert Embankment. The restaurant gives a real taste of America in the heart of London. The a la carte menu from Executive Chef Pablo Peñalosa Nájera brings new interpretations of classic American dishes including New England Clam Chowder and NY Cheesecake.
The restaurant and team source their supplies sustainably where possible and use the best seasonal ingredients available. Some of the recipes have been passed down or discovered whilst travelling, and all have been perfected from personal experience and expertise in the kitchen.
