Information we may collect from you

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

We only use cookies which are essential to the operation of the site.  These do not store private information other than is necessary for navigating or using the site which is not kept after your visit to the site ends.

You can access our homepage and browse most of the public site without first logging on using a unique personal login. You may however choose to register with the site in order to access online services.

Automatic collection of information
The Nine Elms Vauxhall Partnership uses Google Analytics provided by Google on its website to measure and analyse visitor information. The Partnership may use the information gained to improve its online services to its visitors.

Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of the Nine Elms Vauxhall Partnership, which means our subsidiary undertakings, as defined in sections 1159 and 1161 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

The Nine Elms Vauxhall Partnership is administered by Wandsworth Borough Council, which is committed to conducting its business in accordance with all applicable Data Protection laws and regulations and in line with the highest standards of ethical conduct protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects and safely and securely processing their data in accordance with all our legal obligations.

Wandsworth Council will use the information you provide to keep you informed about news and events across the Nine Elms Opportunity Area.

The Data Processor for our E-newsletter is Dotmailer. Dotmailer has updated their Data Processing Agreement and third-party vendor contracts to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
