Exclusively for people who live, work or go to school in the area, the Nine Elms Community Theatre Club is offering £1 tickets for selected performances at Battersea Arts Centre and Theatre503.

As well as getting to see the show, you’ll enjoy exclusive opportunities such as the chance to meet the people who work behind the scenes and occasionally even complimentary refreshments!

Whether you come alone, or with friends and family, we hope you will also enjoy the chance to meet other Nine Elms residents who have come to watch the same show.

Make your own way to the venue or book your place on the Wandsworth Community Transport shuttle bus, which offers a return journey from the Yvonne Carr Centre.

How to book your tickets

Choose which show you would like to see then book your tickets direct over the phone or in person at the venue. Make sure you quote NINEELMS to secure your discounted tickets.

Note: The discount code is only valid for the shows below at the specified dates and times. Please do not ask the box office for discounted tickets to other performances. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets you have already booked. Tickets are non-refundable.

You must book your place on the free shuttle bus one week before the show.

Tickets and shuttle bus places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If you book a place and then no longer need it, we ask you to let the box office know as early as possible so that someone else can be given the opportunity to attend.

About the free shuttle bus

The shuttle bus leaves the Yvonne Carr Centre one hour before the scheduled start time of the show. For example, if you are going to a show starting at 7.30pm, the bus will depart Yvonne Carr Centre at 6.30pm prompt. Please arrive at Yvonne Carr Centre at least 5 mins before the bus is due to depart.

To get back to the Yvonne Carr centre, the bus will leave from outside the theatre 10 mins after the show has finished.

The Community Theatre Club host will check all guests onto the bus at each end, using the name you gave when booking.

Note: If you would like to catch the free shuttle bus, you must specify this when you book your theatre tickets, and you must book your place no later than one week before the show.

Making your own way to and from the venue

If you prefer to make your own way to and from the venue, please aim to meet in the foyer of the venue 40 mins before the show is scheduled to start. For example, if you are attending a show starting at 7.30pm, please meet at the venue at 6.50pm. This will mean that you can make the most of the social aspect of the club and not miss out on any bonus treats that have been arranged for the group.

If you or anyone in your group requires wheelchair access, please specify at the time of booking. The shuttle bus is wheelchair accessible. Please make sure you let the box office know if you, or the person you are booking for, prefer to transfer into a vehicle or theatre seat or prefer to use own wheelchair.

Please note that Theatre503 is not currently a wheelchair accessible venue and only has stepped access to the auditorium.

How to collect your tickets

On arrival, please collect your tickets from the venue box office. The box office will need your last name and they may ask you to confirm your address or provide ID. The box office will then direct you to where to meet the Nine Elms theatre club group so you can socialise together before the show.
