With the world’s attention focussed on London a new website has been launched to showcase the city’s biggest investment opportunity – Nine Elms on the South Bank.

A multi-billion pound regeneration programme is now transforming this 195 hectare riverside district into a brand new residential and business quarter right in the heart of the UK capital.

www.nineelmslondon.com provides the latest information and insights on the area’s extraordinary transformation programme and sets out the investment, business and job opportunities now being created.

The new website includes an interactive map highlighting the 26 interconnected development sites which are changing the face of this old industrial district and breathing new life into Vauxhall and Albert Embankment.

There’s also an image gallery packed with the latest project CGIs, maps and illustrations, an events calendar and information pages on key aspects of the development programme including the Northern line extension, linear park and plans for a new Thames bridge.

The website was commissioned by the Nine Elms Vauxhall Partnership and developed by locally based digital marketing agency eightandfour.

Nine Elms programme director Helen Fisher said:

“The eyes of the world are on London this summer and Nine Elms on the South Bank is the biggest investment opportunity our city has to offer. The new website offers a new window into this enormous regeneration scheme and sets out our vision for a brand new part of Central London.

“We’re creating 25,000 new jobs, 16,000 new homes and transforming an entire district of the city – it’s a project of national importance and we want local residents, Londoners and investors to have easy access to the latest news and developments.”
