This artists’ talk and tour at the Berkeley Homes Vista Development will take in three new artist commissions. UP Projects will present Nicky Hirst’s glazed cladding work, Platanus, influenced by the London Plane Trees planted across the city in the 1850s; Matthew Darbyshire will speak about Sculpture Garden, an interactive play space which uses works exhibited in the 1951 Battersea Open Air Sculpture Show; and S. Mark Gubb will lead a guided walk through Wassail, a trail of wayfinding and heritage markers. Details on the meeting place for this event and how to register are listed below.
