Get the best view in the house at a series of exclusive virtual reality screenings of theatre productions.

Open to people who live or work in Nine Elms, the free weekly screenings will show a schedule of productions from theatres large and small across the country.

So relax with a headset to experience the 360-degree show as if you were actually sitting in the audience – you can choose your own screening time between 6pm and 8pm.

  • Wed 13 Nov – Ladylike (Ella Mesma Company) – duration 60 mins
  • Wed 27 Nov – Hamlet (Approximately Right Productions) starring Benet Brandreth, Gyles Brandreth, Kosha Engler – duration 90 mins
  • Wed 4 Dec – Feed (Theatre Témoin) – duration 60 mins
  • Wed 11 Dec – Dracula (Let Them Call It Mischief) – duration 60 mins

To deliver the screenings, Wandsworth Council has teamed up with LIVR – the world’s first virtual reality streaming service for theatre and the performing arts – and virtual reality headset maker, Pico Interactive.

The recommended age guidance for the autumn series of screenings is 12+ so parental/guardian discretion is advised.

Spaces are limited and there will be a small number of places on the door if not fully booked.

Wednesday night is theatre night!
