This July Vauxhall One are bringing 4 free pop-up cinema screenings to the historic Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens every Tuesday in July!

Now in its third year Vauxhall One Summer Screen will be bringing you the best in feel-good cult classics, with films ranging from every 90’s girls heroine Cher Horowitz in ‘Clueless’ to Richard Linklater’s high school coming of age classic ‘Dazed and Confused’. There’s even a chance for you to choose the fourth and final film online (see below for details).

Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens is right in the heart of Vauxhall, secluded enough to enjoy the film in peace but with great transport links to find your way home afterwards. Bring a blanket from home or buy one on site, and get cosy with your mates under the stars on a summer night. You can also rent a Vauxhall Village deck chair for £5 to watch the film in true luxury.

There will of course be some of London’s best street food purveyors present including Grill My Cheese (whose ‘Baby got mac’ grilled cheese and pulled pork toastie is legendary!), Busan BBQ, Rotli Crew and many others!

Bring your friends, bring your boyfriend, bring your nan, or just bring yourself and enjoy a free film in peace on a warm Tuesday evening (we hope, we can’t make promises on the weather – this is England)!

Tuesday 7th July – Zoolander (12) ‘Ben Stiller’s off the wall fashion satire starring Owen Wilson and Will Ferrell’s best cameo’
Tuesday 14th July – Clueless (12) ‘Beverly Hills’s girl Cher Horowitz navigates her way through high school in this 90’s cult hit’
Tuesday 21st July– Dazed and confused (15) ‘Richard Linklater’s coming of age story set in 1970’s small town Texas on the last day of high school’
Tuesday 28th July – Your Choice! Head to www.vauxhallone.co.uk/summerscreen to cast your vote; film choices are:

A) The Breakfast Club (15) ‘ A classic 80’s movie about a group of kids bonding in detention’
B) My Big Fat Greek Wedding (PG) ‘ When a Greek woman falls in love with an American man in this comedy the trouble is getting her eccentric family to accept him’
C) Spice World The Movie (PG) ‘ Watch the Spice Girls flex their acting muscles in this 90’s throwback nostalgia inducing movie’

Arrive from 7pm to secure your spot; films begin when the sun goes down.
