Pump House Gallery is hosting Alberto Duman in conversation with Gillian Swan and Tom Cordell, to celebrate the recent publication of Regeneration Songs: Sounds of Investment and Loss, published by Repeater Books and co-edited by Alberto Duman, Dan Hancox, Malcom James and Anna Minton.
The book brings together twenty-seven leading artists, writers and academics to analyse one of the most drastic urban development plans in world history, the ‘Regeneration Supernova’ of East London.
Alberto Duman will be in conversation with Gillian Swan and Tom Cordell, two of the contributors of the book, discussing the relationship between art and capital in London’s urban regeneration programmes.
This event will take place after the workshop: Talking ghosts: a collaborative hoarding novella with Alberto Duman. Note, no booking is required.
