A public exhibition is taking place which outlines plans from developers Downing to transform a brownfield site and replace the existing office buildings. The aim is to transform Rudolf Place into a high-quality, mixed-use scheme, including student accommodation, office space and a public café.
Two buildings of 36 and 20 storeys are being proposed, offering approximately 780 student bedrooms, generous shared student spaces including open air sky gardens. The plan proposes doubling the current office floorspace.
The developers would like to hear your views on their plans before they submit a planning application to Lambeth Council this autumn.
