Nine Elms: Riverlight*

Riverlight by St James (pictured) will have six pavilions overlooking the river Thames, built to maximise sunlight and optimise views. Inspiration came from the robust structures of industrial warehouses that formerly occupied the site. Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners 2014.

Nine Elms Walk*

Guided walk with local architect Chris Law from Vauxhall One covering the regeneration of Nine Elms on the South Bank. The walk includes a talk on the history of Vauxhall and provides an insider look at progress on new landmark developments.
Saturday 20th September meet 1pm at Tea House Theatre for refreshments & introductory talk; tour begins 2pm. Duration approx. 2 hours.
Pump House Gallery
Beautiful Grade II listed Victorian ex-water tower overlooking Battersea Park lake. Now houses a contemporary art gallery. James and William Simpson 1861.
