Find out what the regeneration of Nine Elms and Vauxhall will mean to you at our forthcoming open days taking place on 26th and 27th June 2014.

The two day exhibition invites anyone interested in Nine Elms on the South Bank to come and talk to those involved and view the plans. There will also be an opportunity for local residents to register for job and training opportunities linked to the project.

Highlights:
– The latest scale model of the regeneration plans
– Register for job and training opportunities (Lambeth and Wandsworth residents)
– Have your say on proposed changes to the Vauxhall gyratory
– An update on the proposed Northern line extension, cycle and walking routes and a proposed bridge across the Thames
– Plans for new parks, a river path and public squares
– Plans for new affordable homes, schools and health centres
– Plans for two new town centres at Vauxhall and Battersea Power Station

Getting to the venue:
The nearest rail/tube station is Vauxhall.

Buses 2 and 88 running from Vauxhall and Stockwell stop close to the venue on South Lambeth Road (Stop: Tate Library). From there it is a 5 minute walk or so to the venue.

A free local shuttle bus will also be made available:
Friday 27th June 10:00am – 2:30pm from:
Vauxhall Post Office – 34 Vauxhall Street, London SE11 5LG (on the hour)
Yvonne Carr Centre – 2 Thessaly Road, London SW8 4HT (at 25 minutes past the hour)
ROSE Centre – Ascalon Street, London SW8 4DJ (at half past the hour)
