The Nine Elms on the South Bank cycle safety roadshow is set to make a return to Riverlight in Nine Elms Lane.
Cyclists are invited to pull over and step inside the cab of a lorry provided by the Met Police Cycle Taskforce, to witness first hand the perils of pedalling into drivers’ blind spots.
A trained mechanic from Have Bike will also be on hand to offer free safety checks.
This is the latest in a series of roadshow events designed to make the roads safer for cyclists.
At last month’s event, more than 40 riders stopped to take advantage of this privately funded project.
