Join leading UK architecture critic, broadcaster and writer Tom Dyckhoff for an evening exploring the idea and merit of iconic buildings, and their role in cities.
Tom will read extracts from his new book, The Age of Spectacle, and will offer insights into his earliest memories of architecture, and how buildings and places might respond to the real needs of people.
Hosted by Sean Ellis, the Chairman of St James, the evening will offer an engaging and thought-provoking session on the past, present and future of the capital’s built environment.
The event will be held at Merano Residences on Albert Embankment, a newly completed mixed-use development designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, in a space offering stunning views of our rapidly changing skyline.
Refreshments will be provided.
