Battersea Power Station Artist Michael Warren in Conversation with Historic England, and Private View of Michael’s work over 30 years of capturing The Power Station.
Introduced and facilitated by Sir Laurie Magnus, Chairman of Historic England.
Michael Warren, has been capturing Battersea Power Station through his art for the last 30 years. Gaining unique access to the development as Artist in Residence for several owners, Michael Warren has had an unrivalled perspective of the transforming building over the years.

Historic England have looked after the Grade II* listed building over the years, and have been key partners with Battersea Power Station Development Company for the regeneration of the iconic landmark.

Facilitated by Sir Laurie Magnus, Chairman of Historic England, Michael Warren and Emily Gee Head of Listing at Historic England, will explore the London Festival of Architecture’s theme of ‘Memory’, through their observations of the transformation of the iconic building.
