Cottons Rum Shacks give the classic Sunday roast a Caribbean twist this Easter weekend, (Friday 30th March – Monday 2nd April), with the launch of their Bottomless Reggae Roast menu created by new Executive Head Chef Collin Brown.

Classic Sunday roast dishes have each been given a tropical makeover with highlights including roast jerk chicken with plantain wedges and callaloo fritters, and Caribbean pot roast beef with parsnip and sweet potato puree and Yorkshire pudding.

Accompaniments like Cottons fiery jerk-gravy, mac & cheese, rice ‘n’ peas and more can be ordered alongside any main course and no Sunday lunch is complete without something sweet: Desserts on the menu include a rum-filled Jamaican fruit-cake with peanut punch reduction; and soursop cheesecake with pina colada and grilled mango.

You can now find Cottons in North (Camden), South (Vauxhall), West (Notting Hill) and East (Shoreditch) London following the opening of the latest and largest rum shack on the riverside in Vauxhall, Autumn 2017.

All Cottons will be playing classic reggae sounds throughout the Easter weekend – to help conjure up those islands vibes.

And now guests can liven up their lunch this Easter and every Sunday thereafter. For just £20, add two hours of free-flowing prosecco, mimosas, house wine or Cottons answer to the Bloody Mary – the Rum Mary (made with white rum, Worcestershire sauce, cottons spices, lemon juice, tomato juice and celery), to any Sunday order.

Alternatively, diehard rum fans can take their pick from over 300 different types of rum at every Cottons Rum Shack together with a vast list of classic and inventive rum cocktails.
