You’re invited to… Imagination Lab Pop-Up: Festival of Opportunities

If you’re a Peabody neighbourhood resident in Lambeth, join us at their Festival of Opportunities at the Rosendale Community Centre, 147 Peabody Cottages, London, SE24 9DR.

The Institute of Imagination is hosting a pop-up Imagination Lab at the festival. We’ll be exploring the topic of ‘coding and engineering for the future’ through programming, movement, robotics and coding experiments. It is ideal for children and young people aged 7-14 years old and their parents/carers. You can also speak to us at the event if you’re a for volunteers that are interested in signing up to volunteer with us as part of the Lambeth Community Programme.

Activities at the Imagination Lab pop-up:

• Drawbots: tinker with mechanisms and adjust through play to get different outcomes.
• Coding: use virtual reality to imagine different versions of your world

This event is for residents of Peabody estates in Lambeth only and is free. Register for your free place here.
