Featuring unrivalled views of London’s official fireworks, Cottons St Georges Wharf Vauxhall, will throw a glittering rum-laced New Year’s Eve party to end the year in style on Sunday 31st December.

Guests will be treated to three courses of fabulous Caribbean food together with a glass of champagne alongside a choice of over 300 rums at the bar and a chance to watch the official London fireworks from Cottons’ exclusive riverside terrace.

Delectable dishes on the specially created and booze-laced menu include jerk pork ribs with rum & molasses followed by rum-battered hake, coconut curry sauce, turmeric rice & pineapple chilli salsa. To finish, try cornmeal pone with peanut punch, rum and mixed fruit compot. To add some further sparkle to your final meal of the year, choose from a vast range of cocktails including Cottons creations like Sorrell Sling – beefeater gin, homemade sorrel squash, fresh lemon, crème de cassis and soda water; and Killer Doppi (this potent mix is said to turn the living into a Doppi – Jamaican for ghost – made from four different rums, apricot liqueur, Curacao, orange, pineapple and lime juice). Reggae Brunch club night will take over from 10pm with DJs playing a mix of R’n’ B, hip hop, reggae, soul, old skool, club classics & tropical tracks.

Tickets: £39.50 per person and include a glass of champagne and a 3-course meal or £54.50 to include fireworks and entry to the Reggae Brunch club night until 4am.
