Try something new with Dr Lizzie Burns who helps people of all ages discover Origami to relax and lift your mood.

Learn to fold a lantern and decorate your window for the Nine Elms Advent Calendar Trail, a display of beautiful window installations across Wandsworth using the theme ‘Light in Darkness’.

You’ll also get a glimpse into 575 Wandsworth Road, home to Kenyan born Khadambi Asalache who over twenty years turned his terraced house in a work of art. Almost every surface is decorated with carvings and paintings, illumined by lanterns and candles.

Bring colour to your community and share your window displays on social media using the hashtag #NineElmsAdvent

For more information check out the Nine Elms Arts Ministry website. Join the festivities on social media by using the hashtag #NineElmsAdvent.

This workshop is part of ‘Made with gLove’ from Origami Pulse supported by a Community Fund from the Lottery.
