Families are invited to the Yvonne Carr Centre on Saturday 16 July for a free afternoon of relaxed performances, craft workshops and food.

Supported by Wandsworth Council, this family-friendly morning will be packed full of relaxed activities including dance performances from The Place, craft workshops, face painting and food.
The Playground Tour by The Place features two short performances in a 40-minute double bill called How to Build A Universe, by Extended Play and Deva by Urja Desai Thakore.
The performances at the Yvonne Carr Centre are at 11am and 1pm.
How To Build A Universe by Extended Play
Children are invited to participate and dance along to lively music with two energetic performers as they reimagine the formation of our universe and planet through playfulness and creativity in How To Build A Universe.
Deva by Pagrav Dance
Two Indian classical performers will inspire young audiences to think differently and get creative with movement themselves, in an original, narrative-led dance piece.
Please do sign up in advance if possible, although there may be drop-in spaces available on the day. Register your place.
This relaxed event is aimed at children between 4 and 11 years but anyone is welcomed who will connect with the performances and activities.
