Bring the scents and flavours of our gardens into your bakes. In this botanical baking masterclass with author, natural pâtisserie chef and expert, Henrietta Inman, you’ll get to weave herbs and flowers into bakes to create sensational cakes, tarts and breads.

In this hands on session led by natural pâtisserie expert Henrietta Inman you will make a variety of dishes.  Enough to enjoy together at the end of the class with tea, and the rest to take home.  As well as learning how to cook these recipes, you’ll learn some tips on how to source or grow your own botanical ingredients, some top tips on working with natural ingredients in baking – such as alternative sugars and flours, using a knife and other equipment safely, and presentation techniques.
