Open for the duration of the festival (21 May until 12 June) the Edible Avenue project features edible plants, herbs and flowers along Thessaly Road, SW8. The organisers are holding a special event at St George’s Primary School between 11am and 2pm on 21 May, where visitors will be able to help with some of the planting. The project is inspired by the New Covent Garden Market – the largest fresh produce market in the UK. No booking is required.
