Since 90% of all ocean plastic pollution comes from river sources, Gung-Ho is doing a project to help. They’re planning Gung-Ho’s (and London’s!) first ‘beach clean-up’ on the small stretch of beach by the River Thames in Waterloo, between Waterloo Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge.
Come join this fantastic event Sunday 24th June from 1pm – 3pm, on the beach by the National Theatre. Lambeth council are providing all the equipment we need, so all you have to do is turn up. (We’ve checked the tide times).
