Wandsworth Council is holding a one-day finance event at Battersea Arts Centre to connect small businesses, and those just starting out in business, with funders, banks and financial guidance.
Starting with a Funders and Founders networking breakfast, Richard Bearman of the British Business Bank will open the event with a talk on the current funding landscape for small to medium enterprises.
The day will also feature a panel discussion on crowdfunding and alternative finance, meet-the-funder sessions and workshops on writing bids.
Participating partners include: Big Issue Invest, Arts Council England, Virgin Start-Up, NatWest, Funding Circle, Funding Options, Metro Bank and CrowdCube.
